Call Rocker | Automate and digitize your production replenishment control

Automation and digitization of replenishment control on the production line with the help of a SAP connection

Production and logistics are facing a high potential for errors regarding time quantity of orders due to manual resupply triggering.

The Call Rocker solution provides logisticians with a real-time overview of supply requirements in order to increase process efficiency and reliability. For this purpose, the refill impulse is triggered via sensors for various assembly line supply concepts. The possibilities of how the demand message is being triggered are unlimited - the solution is capable to receive signals from a worker pressing a pushbutton, a kanban rocker on the KLT, or a robot that orders replenishment based on the number of parts installed or an empty container.

By implementing the solution, production stops can be avoided, prevented or reduced. Resources are saved, while error rates are minimized and overloading is avoided.
